PREMIUM SEMI-CLEANED BIRD NEST.

Premium Semi-cleaned Bird Nest is a kind of raw bird nest that has been cleaned (80-90%) feathers, dust and impurities and small feathers by manual methods to ensure that the nutrient contents are not lost. Customers only need to pick up small feathers before cooking.

Origin: VietNam.

Ingredients: 100% natural bird’s nest. It is cleaned from 80% - 90%

Usage: Soak bird’s nest in warm water 30^oC, from 1-1.5 hours. When fibers of bird’s nest become softer, look transparent, pick up feathers with tweezers, then pour bird’s nest into a sieve and remove small leathers by washing under cold water about 1 minute. Pour drained bird’s nest into the bowl and steam about 10 minutes

(Note: the water in the pot does not surge into the bowl). Then add water or coconut water with cooked rocks sugar into the bowl, steam about 25 minutes. When the fibers of bird’s nest are softer, have good smell, you can serve.

Storage: Store in clean and cool place, keep away from direct sunlight.
