2. Instruction to exchange/return – refund.
First step: To exchange and return product, you need to call Hotline (028) 6265 1818 and inform about the product status for specific instructions of YenViet staff.
Second step: Customers bring the product with order information to YenViet’s office to return, please. In case, you are not convenient or can not come directly to YenViet’s office, please pack the product and send it by post to YenViet’s office address as below: 217 Nguyen Van Thu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Third step: YenViet will recall the product and exchange new product with your order if the error is caused from YenViet. In case, YenViet runs out of products with the same order, YenViet will transfer an equivalent amount of money to the sellling price of the product at purchasing time (excluding shipping fee) to the customer.
Processing time of exchanging/returning is within 7 working days.
